Orthopaedic Surgeon & Sports Medicine Specialist: Knee, Hip & Shoulder

Dr. Dean Wang is a nationally recognized specialist in the field of orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine at UCI Health. His clinical practice in Orange County is dedicated to the treatment of sports injuries of the knee, hip, and shoulder. Dr. Wang performs 500+ surgeries per year for ACL tears, hip impingement, shoulder and knee dislocations, rotator cuff injuries, and cartilage defects. He is a team physician for the UCI Anteaters and Concordia Golden Eagles and previously served as assistant team physician for the New York Giants and New York Red Bulls. As an accomplished surgeon-scientist, he is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Orthopedic Surgery and Biomedical Engineering at UCI. Learn More about Dr. Wang here.
